Cancellation, Refund, and Appointment Policies

We reserve dedicated time for each patient to ensure personalized care. Please review the policies below before scheduling or attending an appointment.

Appointment Scheduling & Attendance

  • All appointments with Fuel by Design are scheduled in advance.
  • We reserve dedicated time for each patient to ensure personalized care.
  • Patients are responsible for attending appointments at the scheduled time or providing proper notice if rescheduling is needed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged in full.
  • This policy allows us to respect provider time and accommodate other patients seeking care.

Refund Policy

  • Consultation fees, administrative fees, and medical services are non-refundable once rendered.
  • Fees for completed consultations, evaluations, lab reviews, and treatment planning are not eligible for refunds.
  • Medications, supplements, lab testing, and compounded prescriptions are non-refundable once ordered or dispensed.
  • If a prepaid service has not yet been rendered, refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Fuel by Design.

Treatment & Program Fees

  • Ongoing care plans, optimization programs, and memberships are designed as long-term medical services, not one-time purchases.
  • Early discontinuation does not guarantee a refund for services already provided or costs incurred.

Insurance & Payment Responsibility

  • Fuel by Design operates as a self-pay medical practice unless otherwise stated.
  • Patients are responsible for all charges.

To request a cancellation or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you and offer the time to other patients.
